To maintain the shine of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided Sanity pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Sanity Jewelry piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
